There are so many free outdoor events going on in Toronto in the Summer. I just love it. One of them is Fresh Wednesdays at Nathan Philip’s Square. They have different artists featured on the stage every week, a large farmer’s market as well as tasty lunch time options. I tried to make it there most Wednesdays this summer before I started work. Unfortunately this past Wednesday was the last day. I hope this doesn’t mean summer is over. If you’re out and about in Toronto this weekend, check out BuskerFest. It kicked off yesterday and will continue all weekend down by St. Lawrence Market. For more information on BuskerFest, please click here. The weather is going to be amazing this weekend!

A list of all the performances week by week
This is Mandippal. I first heard Mandippal’s music when he opened up for Jully Black. His music is soft and very easy listening. I’m listening to his music on myspace right now. Check him out here.
The Farmer’s Market. These pics were taken last week. All the root veggies are out which means fall is almost here.
Fresh Wednesdays wrapped up with PoetiKs: a live exhibit of Word and Sound. There was live art and graffiti exhibits, poetry, a DJ and live band.
I got there in the middle of J Wyze’s set (Flow 93.5)
Motion was amazing. Great voice…great music.
